8x10 Mounting - Change Notice

For a while now, we have received complaints about the mounting of our 8x10 prints.  While we thought mounting was a nice touch for 8x10s, customers have been frustrated with the practicality of the matboard.  They want to scrapbook, place the prints in albums, or have trouble fitting them into some 8x10 desk frames.  As a result, we have decided to stop mounting the 8x10s on matboard as standard. We will continue to mount larger prints 14" or more to ensure they do not warp and can withstand wall frame mounting.  If you have a special request for mounting an 8x10 in the future, just let us know at your order and we will be happy to accomodate you at no charge. Thanks!

Home for the Holidays Sessions - Dec. 26th & 27th!

Dear Friends,

Are you looking forward to gathering with family during this holiday season? I sure am. It’s my greatest joy to spend time with loved ones during this wonderful time of year. It warms my heart to know that this year my children are still under our roof and extended family are not far. But many families are not as blessed. As time goes by, families scatter, and holiday reunions are too few and far between. I am writing to urge you to count your blessings. Cherish each family gathering.

This past year my beloved father-in-law passed away. I know holidays will never be the same. It is hard to imagine that my youngest may not even remember him as she grows. Just recently we also learned in January, my youngest brother will be leaving to fight for our country in Iraq.  His departure, and Grandpa's passing are a great reminder to count my blessings and enjoy every minute I am able to spend with my family this year. With a keen awareness of the fleeting moments we share with loved ones, we've decided to reorganize the studio schedule and create special session availability to allow our clients and friends to celebrate their family. Home for the Holidays is an opportunity to capture precious memories that will warm your heart forever. This year, take the time to focus on what's truly important. In my profession, I have had the honor of watching kids grow, people move away, or as happened in our family, people we love leave us. So, through the end of this year, when many families are gathered, we'll be offering these special 30 minute, $50 portrait session appointments. Create a family portrait that will be truly meaningful. Your family portrait is a beautifully designed piece of art that you'll cherish forever, celebrating what's most important in your life.
